Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping on Orders $135+

Orders of $135 or more ship free with Standard Shipping to every country we deliver to. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter. Gift cards don't count toward the $135.

Shipping Costs

For orders under $135, Standard Shipping is a flat $6.90 per order. Express Shipping is also available at checkout for $32.90. You will see every option and its price before you pay.

Holiday Shipping 2026

Every piece is handmade to order, so please order early for gifts:

  • United States: order by Monday, November 9, 2026 for Christmas delivery with Standard Shipping.
  • Custom keycaps: these take 8 to 25 days to make, so please order by Thursday, October 29, 2026.
  • Outside the US: international delivery takes longer, so please order as early as you can.
  • Running late? Our digital gift card is delivered instantly by email.

These dates are based on our recent delivery times and are not a guarantee. Carriers can add 5 to 10 business days during the holiday peak.

Delivery Time

We typically ship your packages via USPS for U.S. addresses and Royal Mail or Yun Express for international destinations. Processing may take 5-18 days before shipping.

  • Australia: 7-25 days
  • Asia: 8-25 days

Delayed Deliveries

Deliveries may be delayed by 5-10 business days during peak seasons.

Order Modifications

You can modify your order information free of charge within 48 hours after payment has been completed.

Multiple Address Deliveries

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Each address must be placed as a separate order.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Please do not provide us with addresses in P.O. Boxes, military areas, restricted zones, all naval ports, or Jurong Island. All carriers refuse to deliver to these locations.

Taxes and Fees

International customers (outside the U.S.) are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, and other fees imposed by their local customs authorities. These fees are charged to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Luxdesin, therefore they are non-refundable.
